Margie Foster Margie has been looking after sportsmen and women for over 15 years. Margie is affiliated with the New Zealand Academy of Sport and has travelled with elite sports teams all around the world. Margie is very skilful at locating and fixing any acute or chronic soft-tissue injury (sprains, strains, frozen shoulders). I have been referring clients to Margie for many years, all with excellent results.

Chris Borchardt – Chris is not just a fantastic massage therapist, but  he is also very skilled with post massage exercises. Chris has practiced (and recently began instructing) yoga for 7 years and has incorporated this knowledge into the care of his clients. Chris delivers a wide range of massage skills for deep tissue injuries or for gentle relaxation and stress relief.

Kate Bailey – Kate gained her massage qualification whilst working as a fitness consultant in Wellington. She is particularly skilled at locating and revitalising chronic or acute damaged tissue. Kate has been assisting clients from Life Chiropractic for over 2 years with fantastic results.
